About The Opportunity

Due to our on-going, consistent growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
to join our Burwood clinic team. The role will see you committed to assisting a range of adolescents and adults with various diagnosis and presentations allowing them to improve their overall mental health and well-being.

Some of the key responsibilities in this role will include, but not be limited to

  • Evaluating, developing and delivering evidence-based positive behaviour support plans and interventions
  • Conducting a variety of assessments for participants of all ages and all disabilities
  • Develop, deliver and monitor interventions and strategies for the management of behaviours of concern
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Complete reports and work towards goals within the NDIS plans

About You

The position is suitable for
NDIS Registered Practitioners
only who align with our values and have;

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Assessed by the NDIS at being Core or above as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Valid Australian driver's licence
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights

Current Or Willing To Obtain

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
