- Possession of tertiary qualifications in Management, Engineering or a related field from a recognised university.
- Substantial experience leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to formulate and deliver projects and programs to achieve corporate outcomes.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of systems and reporting in the public sector with the ability to contribute to strategic planning and lead change initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver expert advice, prepare quality reports and presentations, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and standards.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and motivate and mentor employees to deliver business value.
