About the RoleWho We're Looking For
  • Possession of tertiary qualifications in Management, Engineering or a related field from a recognised university.
  • Substantial experience leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to formulate and deliver projects and programs to achieve corporate outcomes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of systems and reporting in the public sector with the ability to contribute to strategic planning and lead change initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver expert advice, prepare quality reports and presentations, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and motivate and mentor employees to deliver business value.
  • A personal alignment with Council's values: Honesty, Accountability, Respect, Teamwork, and Safety and Wellbeing.
