This position involves working onsite from Monday to Friday, 7.00am-7:00pm across a rotating roster, plus working rotating weekend shifts on-site between 7:00am- 3:00pm.

PurposeThe Allocations Team is responsible for providing a range of timely and accurate administrative support and rostering services that are designed to maintain the safety and independence of our participants.
The position is the key point of contact for our participants, Support Workers and is responsible for ensuring the rosters are maintained and updated for the best possible outcomes, reflecting the goal needs of the client.
This fast-paced phone-based position deals with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls involving our workforce, External Stakeholders and wider members of the community.
Key Responsibilities- Serves as the primary point of contact for all Allocation and rostering enquiries, responsibilities and duties.
- Provide quality customer service to our participants in the preparation of support rosters including the administration of alterations, cancellations and leave arrangements.
- Provide exemplary customer service to all care services as required, including via phone, email, or in person.
- Liaise with participants/families, Support Workers, Leadership team and external stakeholders to an exceptional standard.
- Minimum 12 months of experience in Allocations and Rostering.
- Ability to work across a seven-day week rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- NDIS Industry Experience is desirable.
- Exemplary customer service delivery skills and a professional phone manner.
- Strength in administrative and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail relating to rostering and reporting.
- Systems capability in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and rostering software packages. Experience with Visual Care is highly Desirable.
- Demonstrated experience as a team player working positively to enhance team operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and tasks effectively, working independently, in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to assume responsibility and be self-directed and operate independently, where necessary.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with a wide range of people.
