Senior Inventory Manager - National Role with International Travel Opportunity

Perth, WA – Full Time

The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and CFO, you will:

  • Manage and optimise our national inventory management framework.
  • Oversee stock control across multiple branches using Unleashed Inventory Software and accounting systems.
  • Improve stock accuracy, streamline processes, and reduce risk.
  • Negotiate major supplier contracts and secure long-term value.
  • Collaborate with engineers and purchasing to align inventory with operations.
  • Deliver reporting and insights that shape executive decisions.
  • Be available for interstate branch travel, with the opportunity for international travel.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or Business.
  • 10+ years' senior experience in inventory, supply chain, or procurement management.
  • Strong background in inventory management or ERP systems (SAP, Pronto, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.).
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with proven supplier negotiation experience.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and improving inventory systems.

Desirable

  • Experience with Unleashed Inventory Software.
  • MBA or postgraduate business qualifications.
  • Certifications (APICS/CSCP, CIPS, MCIPS).
  • Exposure to mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry.
  • Leading process improvement or business transformation projects.
