THE ROLE
You will report to a partner, but your primary focus will be on managing client relationships, coaching staff, and reviewing work rather than performing it yourself.
You will oversee a portfolio of clients and lead a small team of accountants who will report to you, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to succeed.

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- CA/CPA qualification
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in a mid-tier CA firm
- Strong comprehension of income tax and GST provisions together with other statutory regulations and requirements
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Good leadership skills with previous management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience in liaising with clients
- Ability to think laterally and trouble-shoot complex issues
- High attention to detail with excellent customer service orientation
- Highly computer literate with working knowledge of accounting software packages
- Full rights to work in Australia – full Australian residency status preferred
