About the Role

We're on the lookout for a curious, creative, and a growth-minded
Marketing Guru
to help shape BizFlash's brand from the ground up. Working directly with our ex-Google founder, you'll lead and experiment across the full marketing funnel, crafting compelling narratives, building campaigns, and exploring the latest AI and content tools.

You'll thrive in this role if you're a self-starter with a sharp eye for design, a passion for the future of work, and a love of storytelling. Experience with social growth, digital campaigns, or tools like Canva, CapCut, and generative AI is a bonus. Backgrounds in marketing, psychology, or behavioural science are ideal, but not essential

What You'll Do

  • Co-create and execute content and growth strategies across digital channels
  • Design and edit social-first content using modern tools and AI
  • Build and evolve BizFlash's visual identity and brand tone
  • Experiment with generative AI to enhance marketing workflows
  • Track, analyse and optimise the performance of content and campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with the founder on messaging, campaigns, and storytelling
