Company Description

The Growth Marketing Manager is a crucial role that is responsible for executing and managing effective digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing plan that leverages a mix of channels including SEO, paid media, and digital marketing.

In this role, you will lead the optimization of our digital presence to ensure a seamless user experience, drive conversions, and improve search engine rankings through effective SEO tactics. You will manage and execute paid media campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention while continuously measuring and improving campaign performance.

You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in order to identify new growth opportunities and be a thought leader in digital marketing best practices. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering to ensure a seamless user experience.

Data storytelling is at the heart of our operations, you will be engaging in interesting conversations about data, sales, users and experience to support the different business functions in making the right decisions at the right time.

In this role, you will lead the marketing team in their interpretation of campaign results, brand and performance health metrics, channel efficiency, optimization, and ROI. You will also use your excellent communication skills to present your findings and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:
Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Use data and analytics to continuously measure and improve campaign performance and measure the impact of growth initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering to ensure a seamless user experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in order to identify new growth opportunities.
Manage marketing budgets and drive ROI-positive campaigns.
Optimize website for search engines (SEO) through keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve the performance of marketing campaigns.
