The Role

We are seeking experienced Renderers and Venetian Plasterers to join our growing team in Sydney.

You'll work on a variety of high-end residential and commercial projects, applying specialist finishes with care and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply Venetian plaster, polished plaster, Microcement, and texture finishes
  • Render internal and external surfaces to a professional standard
  • Prepare and finish walls, ceilings, and surfaces using a variety of materials and tools
  • Read and follow job plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Work safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines
  • Maintain a clean, professional work environment

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in rendering, Venetian plastering, or decorative finishes
  • Solid technical skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and professional attitude
  • Own tools and reliable transport
  • Construction White Card
  • Valid work rights in Australia
  • Passion for craftsmanship and pride in your work
