Task & Responsibilities

- Maintaining confidentiality of all company, resident and employee matters

- Managing staff training, staff orientation, compliance & education records

- Owning and managing staff rostering, allocations and personnel file management

- Processing timesheets, payroll co-ordination & answering employee queries

- Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office

Qualification & Experience

- At least qualification AQF Diploma or higher

- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in team supervision

- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritizing abilities

- Proficient in computer use and data entry with strong attention to detail

- Effective problem-solving skills

- Relevant qualification in the field

- Excellent organizational and communication

- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
