About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Facilities Assistant to deliver top-notch service and support at a major client site in Adelaide's CBD. You'll be the friendly face that keeps everything moving—welcoming guests, coordinating meetings, managing facilities tasks, and ensuring the workplace runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and contractors
  • Handle calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Support meetings, events, and catering logistics
  • Manage couriers, mail, and vehicle bookings
  • Raise and track work orders and support contractors
  • Keep workplace audits and admin up to date

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in front-of-house, facilities, or customer service (preferred)
  • Professional, approachable, and organised
  • A can-do attitude and love for helping people
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
  • Current driver's licence
