Job Description Summary

Join Cushman & Wakefield as a Workplace Assistant, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional workplace experiences for our client, SA Water. Based on site at SA Water House, you'll provide professional front-of-house, administrative, and facilities support to ensure a seamless, customer-focused environment.

This position is perfect for someone who's proactive, service-oriented, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, contractors, and visitors at the service counter

  • Manage emails, phone calls, and in-person enquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Support meeting room and event setups, catering coordination, and bookings

  • Manage incoming/outgoing courier items, including lodgments

  • Assist with vehicle maintenance checks, pool car bookings, coordinate car services, issuing of keys and logbooks.

  • Raise and track work orders through C&W systems, ensuring updates are provided to clients

  • Oversee contractor sign-ins, key management, permit issuance and spot checks

  • Provide general administrative and filing support to the Workplace team

  • Assist with utilization audits and reporting

  • Complete workplace audits, building and cleaning inspections

About You

  • Previous experience in front-of-house, facilities, or customer service (preferred but not essential)

  • Professional, friendly, and reliable with excellent communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management

  • Enthusiastic team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

  • Basic IT proficiency (Outlook, MS Office) and willingness to learn new systems

  • A genuine interest in facilities management and the built environment

  • Driver's license required
