Assistant Facilities Manager

Adelaide CBD | Full Time

A well-established national property firm is seeking a driven Assistant Facilities Manager to join its growing Adelaide team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of retail and commercial assets, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from a senior Facilities Manager.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance and contractor management
  • Ensure compliance with WHS and site induction protocols
  • Respond to tenant requests and manage service delivery
  • Conduct property inspections and assist with reporting and budgeting
  • Support capital works planning and lifecycle management

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in facilities or property management, or a trade background
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
