McAdam Siemon Business Advisors Pty Ltd are a progressive independent firm of Certified Practising Accountants with offices based in Forest Glen and Upper Mt Gravatt. Our Forest Glen office is seeking applications to fill a full-time Office Administration position with immediate start.
We are a well established firm specialising in the provision of Business Services and Tax advice to businesses and incorporates The Bookkeeping Collective, a full service cloud based bookkeeping service. We run cloud based software with first class systems and procedures.
The role will involve:-
· Courteous Customer service – welcoming visitors and answering incoming phone calls.
· Collect and distribute mail, scanning and prepare correspondence to clients.
· Manage emails with a focus on assisting clients with their queries.
· New client proposals, setup and workflow.
· ATO communication – registrations, payment arrangements, client queries and lodgements.
· Manage client database and electronic signing of documents by clients.
The successful candidate must:-
· Be well presented with a professional and courteous phone manner.
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
· Ability to take on the of the task at hand and follow through to completion.
· Ability to follow instructions and work independently to meet deadlines.
· Attention to detail and be organised.
· Team player attitude.
· Previous office Accounting Practice experience is an advantage.
This role is Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm in our Forest Glen office.
