About the Role

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone eager to kickstart a career in construction operations. Based in our Perth branch, you'll join a supportive and collaborative team, taking responsibility for coordinating project planning, delivery, and contract execution of key project administration functions.

This role isn't just a job – it's a launchpad. With a clear progression plan, you'll gain the skills and exposure to step into future roles such as Junior Project Manager or Construction Supervisor.

We're looking for someone enthusiastic, motivated, and ready to learn – a quick thinker with a genuine interest in growing their career in operations and construction.

What You'll Do

  • Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to coordinate project execution
  • Organise site investigations, design engineering, approvals, and compliance documents
  • Manage documentation flow to clients and internal systems to support project delivery
  • Book and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, raising purchase orders, and managing approvals
  • Monitor financials: reconcile invoices, track costs, and input data into project systems
  • Support Rental Yard maintenance and stock management, including safety documentation
  • Ensure contractors and works comply with ATCO's high safety standards
  • Provide updates to managers and stakeholders on project progress and site installation schedules
