The Role

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Tuition Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our centre. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations, high teaching standards, and excellent communication with students, families, and staff.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent & Family Engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact for families, handling inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Oversee student enrolments, progress monitoring, and ensure families feel supported and informed.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for students and parents.

Team Leadership & Tutor Management

  • Manage and support the team of tutors, ensuring teaching quality and consistency.
  • Oversee tutor schedules and class allocations.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Operational Oversight & Business Management

  • Oversee daily centre operations, including administrative tasks and compliance.
  • Manage financial processes such as fees management, payroll coordination, and budget tracking.
  • Implement systems and processes through LMS to maintain efficiency and uphold quality standards.
  • Ensure the centre complies with all safety and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in education, tutoring, or a related environment (preferred).
  • Relevant qualifications in education, business, or management (advantageous but not essential).
  • Ability to balance operational demands with student and family needs.
