Location: Kids Resort Early Learning Centre – Point Cook

Kids Resort Early Learning Centre is seeking experienced, passionate, and professional educators to join our team. We welcome applications from both Diploma and Certificate III qualified educators who are committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education in a child-safe, supportive, and collaborative environment.

We are a well-established centre with a strong reputation, long-standing staff, and a culture that values integrity, respect, and professionalism. Due to the upcoming retirement of several educators who have been with us for over 15 years, we are seeking dedicated team members who will contribute to our centre's excellence and ongoing legacy.

About the Role:

  • Full-time and part-time positions available.
  • Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate programs for children.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, aligned with child-safe standards.
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive and experienced team of educators.

About You:

  • Hold a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience in an early childhood setting preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Passionate about supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to upholding a child-safe and inclusive environment.
  • Share our centre's values and culture; a team player who thrives in a supportive and professional environment.

Pay: $29.66 – $41.69 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
