Beauty Salon Coordinator – Lead with Style & Strategy

Location: Townsville Castletown and Willows QLD

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee daily salon operations with precision and polish
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of beauty professionals
  • Drive sales through exceptional customer service and strategic promotions
  • Manage bookings, inventory, and staff schedules
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
  • Cultivate a welcoming, luxurious atmosphere for every guest
What You Bring:
  • Proven experience in salon or spa management (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Passion for beauty, wellness, and luxury service
  • Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities
  • Familiarity with booking systems and salon software
  • A proactive mindset with a knack for problem-solving
  • Certificate III in Beauty Services or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Availability to work weekends as required
  • NO public holiday work
  • Australian work rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)
  • Demonstrated retail sales experience, particularly in beauty or wellness products
