The Corporate Partnerships Co-ordinator will play a pivotal role in nurturing high-value partnerships and sponsorships that advance innovation and collaboration across the health and technology landscape. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll help shape strategic relationships that deliver genuine value for partners and support the organisation's mission to improve health outcomes through digital advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with existing corporate partners while identifying and securing new partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate and deliver end-to-end sponsorship management for major national events and conferences, ensuring sponsor benefits are fulfilled to a high standard.
  • Support the implementation of business development and sales strategies for key products and initiatives.
  • Prepare partnership proposals, contracts, reports, and invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to ensure seamless delivery of partner and sponsor experiences.
  • Maintain CRM records and reporting for forecasting and business planning.

The successful candidate will present with 3-5 years experienced gained in partnership management, business development or fundraising,   with a strong track record of building strong, sustainable relationships. You will also demonstrate the following:

  • Well developed interpersonal skills and as a strong team player
  • An attention to detail and customer service focus
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute partnership and sponsorship strategies that drive growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet set deadlines
  • Confidence working across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to travel interstate for key events (2–4 times per year).
