We are seeking a HR and Office Coordinator to join our team in Western Sydney with immediate start available.

Ideal Candidate:

- Proven experience in a HR role with solid understanding of HR practices

- Strong people and communication skills, with a talent for connecting and building rapport across all levels

- Manages sensitive information with the highest level of discretion

- Solution focused working collaboratively to achieve the best outcome

- Able to work to deadlines and be productive

- Reliable, motivated, excellent work ethics and a positive attitude

- Experience in the construction industry (desirable)

- First Aid Certificate (desirable)

- Available to start ASAP with references

- Australian drivers licence

- Formal qualifications desired
