Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant and Functions Coordinator located in Coolangatta, QLD. The Restaurant and Functions Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and events, managing staff, coordinating functions, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Food & Beverage management, and Food Service
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge and compliance with Food Safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in event coordination is a plus
  • Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
  • Relevant certifications or a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is advantageous
