Billy Chow is a vibrant, coastal-Asian dining experience located in the heart of Kirra. We're known for our creative menu, upbeat service, and warm, professional culture. As part of a growing hospitality group, we're expanding our leadership team and seeking a hands-on, motivated Restaurant Supervisor to help us deliver exceptional guest experiences and support the next chapter of Billy Chow's evolution.

About the Role

As Restaurant Supervisor, you'll be the key link between our front-of-house team, management, and kitchen. You'll lead by example during service, ensure smooth daily operations, and uphold the high standards of hospitality that make Billy Chow loved by locals and visitors alike.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH operations and coordinate between kitchen and bar

·      
• Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

·      
• Support rostering, staff onboarding, and shift handovers

·      
• Manage floor service, reservations, and guest feedback with professionalism

·      
• Ensure service quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met at all times

·      
• Assist management with stock control, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures

You'll Bring

·      
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory or senior FOH role

·      
• Strong communication and leadership skills

·      
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems on the go

·      
• A passion for hospitality and genuine care for team culture

·      
• Availability for nights and weekends
