The ideal candidate for this role is reliable, professional, honest with a high attention to detail while possessing the ability to deliver a high standard of customer service to our clients.
You will be working along side other office staff but at times will be the first point of contact for our customers and as such, must exude confidence and professionalism at all times.
The position will include administrative duties pertaining to scheduling client appointments, sales support in contacting potential new customers, liaison with our current client base and preparing various business documentation to support the business owners.
Successful applicants will have a high level of computer skills, experience with Xero software (highly advantageous but not essential), a bright positive disposition and excellent communication skills.
We are looking for a person to fill a part-time position and are open to discussing flexible working hours for the right person.
