**The Role**

The focus of the Lending Specialist is to generate new business through business-supplied leads with a primary responsibility to manage transactions.
- Conduct telephone loan appointments with borrowers
- Provision of exemplary levels of service to both internal and external customers

**About you**

What were looking for:

- The ability to understand and appropriately utilise systems and processes within Credit
- Demonstrated experience in Lending and/or Sales within the Mortgage industry
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills to provide best in class service to our customers
