We are an Independent flooring company located in Guildford NSW 2161 and we are looking for a flooring estimator to join our team

The applicant will be well presented and able to work both within a team and autonomously.

The applicant should be able to fluently speak English and able to speak and write IN Mandarin language as well due to most of our install team are Asian origin.

About You and the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the Lion King Flooring team. Your experience can be diverse, from building project estimator, interior design, retail sales or even basic customer service. We are happy to train you in all aspects of the role. We just need your willingness to learn the business and fit in with a friendly team, who pride themselves in exceptional customer service.

The salary is negotiable, depend on the relevant experiences.

Experience in flooring industry is highly desirable.

Working Hours are 7.30am to 4pm. Sunday and One of the week days(you can select) are off.

Responsibilities;

  • Onsite inspections & measures

  • Customer service and sales

  • Preparation of quotes

  • Processing orders

  • Maintaining the showroom and assisting other staff

Experienced sales professionals and interior designers will also thrive in our business as you provide expert assistance to both residential and commercial customers with their window and floor covering needs. This will be achieved through the selection of product, measure and quote, and coordination of installation and post-installation customer follow up.

Skills which will help:

  • Bilingual(English & Mandarin)

  • An interest in all aspects of flooring & design

  • Great organisational skills and time management with the ability to multi-task and project manage

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work well with others and problem solve

  • A self-starter who can work in a team environment

  • A current driver's license is essential

  • Company mobile will be provided.

  • Company car will be provided for the site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
