We are ULTRA Building Co., a main contractor dedicated to delivering exceptional results in luxury residential, and mixed-use construction projects. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic and growing finance and make an impact from day one

About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing essential financial, administrative, and clerical support to the Finance Manager. Your main focus will be on managing payments to subcontractors and other creditors, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes managing all things accounts payable, where accuracy and efficiency are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registration of invoices, creating creditor profiles and upkeep of information in Jobpac.
  • Ensuring accuracy of data and creditor information ahead of payments.
  • Reconciliation of all bank and credit card statements.
  • Working closely with project teams ensuring expectations & managing any queries.
  • Respond to queries from external parties.
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping and filing systems.

Your ability to communicate effectively will help you build relationships within the company and with external partners. Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role; prior experience with Jobpac is highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with impact.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan and work independently while contributing to and coordinating with the wider Finance Team.
  • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to limits of authority.
