About the Role

My Property Guy is looking for a dedicated Associate Buyers Agent to join our team in Sydney, NSW, with the flexibility for some remote work.


Responsibilities
  • Make calls and liaise with real estate agents to source properties that align with client briefs.
  • Interpret and understand client needs, providing tailored property recommendations and ensuring their goals are met.
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients during residential real estate transactions to secure the best possible outcomes.
  • Work closely under the Managing Director to support key transactions and ensure a seamless process from start to finish.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, property values, and emerging opportunities.
  • Assist with client communication throughout the buying journey, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
  • Prepare property reports, client briefs, and transaction documents to ensure compliance and clarity.
  • Support the Managing Director with administrative tasks related to property acquisitions and business operations.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills in the real estate sector.
  • Experience in residential real estate transactions and buyer representation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one).
  • In-depth understanding of the Sydney real estate market.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to finding solutions for clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
