In this role, you will lead an engineering team focused on delivering innovative mobile experiences that enable AI-driven scenarios for our Rovo product.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, hire, and grow a team of high-performing engineers, including technical leaders.
  • Guide the technical roadmap for scaling and evolving services, working with leaders across the organization and Principal Engineers/Architects.
  • Accountable for reliability, security, performance, and scale of all the services you own.
  • Drive adoption of your team's services across the company.
  • Drive cultural change through technical excellence, quality, and efficiency.
  • Support teams in delivering large projects with complex dependencies and multiple

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, in scope, and within quality goals in an Agile environment.
  • 5+ years managing and growing engineering teams
  • Experience providing feedback and coaching to engineers and technical leaders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience building SaaS software with a focus on operational excellence and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Android, iOS ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of using metrics to guide technical and business decisions.
  • Familiarity with React Native is a plus
  • Experience structuring and coaching teams for success and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior business and technical leaders.
