About the Company
Our client is an iconic government-owned organisation that provides safe, efficient and environmentally responsible services to the aviation industry. They are a one-of-a-kind entity in Australia, managing over four million aircraft movements each year and delivering air navigation services across 11% of the world's airspace. Their operations span air traffic control towers, aviation firefighting, and critical support functions. This makes it an incredibly exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of aviation in Australia.
Right now, the organisation is undergoing an exciting transformation. They are shifting to a new operating model and reshaping their shared services capability. As part of this change, they are building their Employee Support team. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal advisory position during a time of real organisational growth and change.
Please note this is a 6-month fixed term contract role with the potential to go permanent.
