Ready to own the sales process from first hello to closed deal?
We're launching LeadManager Lite: A streamlined version of our flagship LeadManager Core which was built for time-poor, locally focused subcontractors, manufacturers and product supplier who need quick wins and cost-effective access to live construction project leads in their area.
As a Telesales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of introducing this product to market qualifying leads, running online demos, showing clients the ROI and closing sales. Its an energetic, high-volume role where your ability to connect quickly, spot opportunities and deliver results will make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing
- Prospect & connect: work from warm lead lists and self-source opportunities
- Qualify needs: identify fit and ROI for potential clients
- Run engaging online demos: show how LeadManager Lite solves their challenges
- Close sales: Manage the process end-to-end without handoffs
- Build relationships: open doors to future upgrades to LeadManager Core
About You
- Confident, clear communicator with a professional phone manner
- Competitive, target-driven and motivated by results
- Able to quickly build rapport with small business owners
- Strong organization skills with basic MS Office knowledge
- Persistent and positive. You see every call as an opportunity
The ideal Background
We are looking for someone who:
- Wants to start or advance their B2B sales career in a fast-paced sales environment with clearly defined career progression.
- Has experience in a high-volume telesales role – ideally B2B, but we are open to B2C if you've got a learning mindset.
- Is curious by nature and uses a consultative approach to uncover client needs.
- Can adapt communication style to connect with a wide variety of client personalities
- Is hungry, competitive, and target-driven – you want to win and you want to earn.
- Works best in a structured, KPI-focused environment where activity drives results
