As part of the Corporate Services team, the People and Culture division provides essential support across all areas of the organisation.

The Opportunity -

We are seeking a HR and Payroll Coordinator to join our People and Culture team on a 12-month parental leave contract, commencing December 2025.

  • Part-time: 32 hours per week (days and hours negotiable)
  • Hybrid work model: Anchor days in our Blacktown office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
  • Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer

Key Tasks -

  • End to end fortnightly payroll processing
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle
  • Providing employee relations and payroll support to managers and staff
  • Leading recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Supporting operational HR functions, including workers compensation and government paid parental leave claims

Who You Are -

You are a confident and hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.

You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Relevant qualifications (preferred)
  • Experience with Employment Hero (preferred)
  • The following certifications:
  • A current NSW Working with Children Check for paid work
  • Willingness to obtain an NSW Police Check through our provider, Fit2Work
