- **About the Role**_

We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting various human resources functions across the organization. Your responsibilities will range from managing recruitment processes to overseeing employee relations and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.You will help foster a positive work environment while contributing to the ongoing success of the team.
- **Responsibilities**_

**1. Recruitment and Staffing**
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to screening,interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with Director to understand staffing needs and ensure an inclusive and diverse hiring process.

**2. Employee Relations**
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, offering guidance to both staff and Director
- Address workplace conflicts, conduct investigations when necessary, and

- Identify training needs and design programs to enhance the skills and
- knowledge of the team, particularly NDIS staff.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external training sessions to support the professional development of employees.

**4. Performance Management**
- Lead the performance appraisal process, helping managers set expectations and provide constructive feedback.
- Address performance issues and work with teams to set development plans when necessary.

**5. HR Policies and Compliance**
- Ensure the organization’s policies comply with NDIS regulations and relevant employment laws.
- Keep up to date with changes in legislation and ensure that HR policies are regularly reviewed and updated accordingly.

6. **Benefits Administration**
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and additional perks.
- Communicate benefits options to employees and assist with any related questions or issues.

7. **HR Data Management**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making and

improve HR processes.
- **Qualifications**_
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in HR roles, preferably within the disability services sector or a similar industry.
- Sound knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage

confidential information with discretion.

Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is an advantage.
