Field Service Pump Technician

The Role:
In this hands-on role, you'll be the frontline expert responsible for keeping critical pump systems running smoothly across a variety of sites. From routine servicing to complex fault diagnosis, your work will directly impact operational efficiency and equipment longevity. You'll be trusted to deliver high-quality service with a strong focus on safety and reliability.
You won't just be fixing pumps, you'll be part of a team that tailors maintenance plans, conducts thorough inspections, and responds rapidly to unexpected issues. With a focus on long-term performance and minimal downtime, your work will directly impact the efficiency of industrial, commercial, and municipal operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Repairing, maintaining, and assessing pumping equipment
- Removing and installing various pump types
- Conducting inspections and performance testing
- Diagnosing faults and identifying additional scope of works
- Producing detailed service reports

The Candidate:
To succeed in this role, you'll bring a solid technical foundation and a proactive, safety-first approach to every task. Whether you're troubleshooting faults or installing new systems, your attention to detail and problem-solving mindset will set you apart.
What you'll bring:
- Trade qualification in fitting, mechanical, or plumbing (advantageous)
- Disconnect/Reconnect Ticket & Confined Space Ticket (preferred)
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- A proactive mindset and problem-solving skills
