About the role

As a Pool Service Technician at Poolwerx Seven Hills, you will be responsible for the cleaning, maintenance and repair of residential and commercial swimming pools in the Seven Hills area and beyond. This is a full-time, hands-on role that involves hands-on technical work in the field and in store to ensure our customers' pools and equipment are operating efficiently and safely.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing routine pool maintenance such as cleaning, chemical balancing, and water testing
  • Identifying and troubleshooting issues with pool equipment like pumps, filters, chlorinators, heaters and robots
  • Providing expert advice to customers in field and in store on pool care and maintenance
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
  • Logging quotes and job details, maintaining stock levels, restocking vehicles and in store, accurate record keeping
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a pool service technician or similar role with growth mindset
  • Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with pool equipment and chemicals
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
  • Flexibility to work some weekends and overtime as needed
