What we're looking for?

  • Trade qualified with at least two years' experience in reputable venues
  • Team player with a genuine passion for your trade
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Availability over summer with no periods of extended leave between November and April
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
