At Atomi, we're on a mission to unlock human potential by transforming the way students learn and teachers teach. Our platform combines cutting-edge technology with a creative, human-first approach, turning complex ideas into simple, engaging experiences for students, educators, and parents everywhere.
We're driven by curiosity, humility, and a relentless focus on quality and innovation. At Atomi, your ideas matter, your creativity counts, and your work directly impacts how hundreds of thousands of learners engage with education around the globe.
Come build something remarkable with us.
The opportunity
As a Customer Success Manager who's passionate about improving education and great at building strong, trusted relationships, you'll be the go-to person for schools using Atomi, helping them roll out the platform, embed it into their teaching and learning practices, and get real results for both students and teachers.
You'll coach school leaders and teachers, lead workshops and training, track usage data to drive adoption, and feed insights back into our product and marketing teams. You'll also help shape our broader customer success strategy and contribute to the education community through events, case studies and content.
This is a hands-on role based in NSW (Greater Sydney Metro area preferred), and requires regular travel to schools, so you'll need your own transport and a valid driver's licence. Experience working in or with the education sector and/or SaSS organisations is highly regarded.
At Atomi, we aim to move quickly and keep things transparent. Once you're into the interview stage, we'll make sure you get meaningful feedback and insights from the team. For this role, you can expect the process to look like this:
- Initial Screen w/ Atomi's People Team
- Interview Round 1: Role Fit and Culture Interview
- Interview Round 2: Technical Assessment (Role Play Exercise)
- Interview Round 3: Cross-functional Interview
What You'll Do
- Lead school-wide onboarding and change management, helping teachers and execs confidently roll out and embed Atomi
- Deliver engaging training and support -- from in-person workshops to webinars tailored to school needs
- Build trusted relationships with school leaders, becoming their go-to for strategy, support and best practice
- Use data and insights to drive adoption, solve problems early and ensure long-term success
- Work closely with Sales, Product and Marketing to improve the customer experience and share impact stories
What You'll Bring to Atomi
- Experience in customer success, expansion or account executive roles
- Previous working experience in education and/or SaaS highly desired
- Confidence presenting and running training sessions with a wide range of audience -- including senior school leaders and governing bodies
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
- Comfortable with data, CRM tools (like HubSpot) and working cross-functionally to improve outcomes
- Based in NSW (Greater Sydney Metro preferred), with access to a car and able to travel as needed
- A valid Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
Working at Atomi
- Tailored flexibility: Enjoy work-life balance with hours that adapt to your needs, whether for university, family or personal time.
- Generous leave: Experience unlimited paid leave options as a permanent team member.
- Location Independence: Work from Sydney, interstate or wherever you find inspiration.
- Growth and development: Use ongoing opportunities to improve your skills and expand your knowledge.
- Holistic wellbeing: Benefit from a comprehensive employee assistance program subscription and additional wellbeing leave, supporting your best self.
- Parental support: Enjoy 14 weeks of paid leave for new parents, with additional leave specifically for birthing parents.
- Work with the best: We know you want to work alongside the best, so we work hard to hire only the best.
- Regular social in-person and remote events: Including team sports competitions, trivia nights and themed annual events.
- Atomi access: Enjoy free Atomi services for you and your family.
- Onsite teams: Our Sydney office is ideally located in a central setting with cafes, shops and public transport nearby.
How to apply
Ironically for an education company, we're not huge sticklers for qualifications. We're more interested in how your skills and experience can contribute to our team. Make sure to include links to any relevant projects, like your portfolio, writing, GitHub, etc. - whatever helps us understand what you're good at, what you're passionate about, and why you'd be a great fit at Atomi.
We also know great people come from all kinds of backgrounds, so even if you don't meet all the requirements we've listed, you should still apply.
Please note:
You'll need full Australian working rights, transportation, and the ability to obtain a Working with Children Check for this role.
