Expectation:
We're seeking an
SMB Customer Success Manager
to drive engagement, renewals, and growth across a geographically dispersed SMB customer base.
This hybrid
CSM / Account Manager
position will:
- Own customer relationships post-onboarding and proactively manage renewals (~$6K ACV).
- Build process and structure within a fast-scaling environment.
- Conduct business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and champion customer needs internally.
- Collaborate closely with leadership, including the CEO and CRO, in a close-knit, high-growth culture.
About You:
- 3+ years' experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management.
- Background working at a startup
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to operate in ambiguity.
- Process-oriented, proactive, and confident managing SMB customer portfolios.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Compensation:
Salary up to
$130K base + OTE + super
