Customer Service & Laundry Assistant – Wash, Dry & Fold Service

Location: Potts Point

Type: Full-time / Part-time

We are a long-established, family-owned laundry and dry-cleaning business with a strong reputation for quality garment care and friendly customer service.

We are seeking a Customer Service & Laundry Assistant to join our team, with the main responsibility of helping deliver our busy Wash, Dry & Fold service.

What You'll Do:

* Load and empty washing machines and dryers.

* Carefully fold laundry

* Assist with check-in and check-out of customer orders, handling tickets, tags, and payments.

* Support the team with general store duties as required.

* A reliable, hands-on worker with good attention to detail.

* Friendly and approachable, with good communication skills.

* Physically able to move loads of laundry throughout the day.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
