Job DescriptionWe're seeking an accomplished and strategic Director – WEET (Water, Environment & Energy Transition) to lead and grow this nationally significant service line across Australia. Based in Australia, this senior leadership role is responsible for driving Egis' WEET strategy, building high-performing teams, expanding our market presence and ensuring exceptional project delivery for our clients. You will collaborate closely with the Australian Senior Leadership Team to shape growth, develop integrated offerings and position Egis as a leader in the WEET
sector. You'll strengthen client relationships, identify new opportunities, guide project performance, and champion a culture of collaboration, innovation and commercial excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role with influence across strategy, clients, operations, people and financial performance.
Demonstrated success leading Water, Environment or Energy Transition or related businesses at scale
Strong market relationships and a track record of building trusted client partnerships
Experience shaping and delivering service line growth strategies
Ability to build high-performing, multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations
Proven capability in ensuring commercial, timely and high-quality project delivery
Experience developing unique value propositions, IP and service offerings
Ability to collaborate across business lines to drive integrated growth
Strong people leadership — engaging, authentic, influential and supportive
Commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L, forecasting, utilisation and profitability
A mature, balanced approach to navigating competing priorities, pressure and ambiguity
