The Company

Vikon Precast is a rapidly growing precast concrete manufacturer based in Bairnsdale, Victoria. We manufacture a wide range of precast concrete products for the Agricultural and Civil markets across Eastern Australia.

We are looking for an energetic, reliable, hard working person to join our friendly team on a full time basis.

The Role

In this role, you will work with the production team and management, with tasks including:

  • De-moulding and cleaning precast moulds
  • Resetting moulds
  • Placing and finishing concrete
  • Steel Fixing
  • Welding
  • Quality Assurance

While rewarding, this is a physically demanding, outdoors role.

Skills and Experience

You will demonstrate the following qualities for this role:

  • Ability to plan work and coordinate and complete tasks with the team.
  • Ability to develop, improve, and follow procedures and standards.
  • Attention to detail.

Although qualifications are not required, prior experience with precast concrete procedures and/or experience in working and finishing concrete, will be highly regarded. A current white card and forklift licence will also be beneficial.
