Mobile Bins Australia [MBA] is a small Warehouse & Distribution Company located in Tullamarine handling & distributing NEW plastic wheelie bins to Councils & Waste Industry.

MBA Warehouse team seeks suitable person to join its small local team. Our happy team culture is what makes MBA such a great place to work because we help each other, and daily work is enjoyable. Successful candidate will integrate with the team and do a hands-on job but will also lead them, and make decisions, plan and solve problems daily. The Team Leader Supervisor will also develop rapport with MBA clients.

Successful applicant will enjoy a routine of planning orders picking and delivery with variety day to day but also with consistency from work in the factory to take out deliveries and meet customers. Successful applicant will run a tight ship and be well organised, and like an immaculate hazard free workplace and participate in Forklift, Delivery Driving & Working on the warehouse floor and more. Pay rate is above award.

The position is full time. Superannuation is paid at the legislated rate and is paid on top of the agreed above award hourly rate. Hours are Mon - Friday 830am to 4pm. weekends are few if any and would mainly comprise Sat morning.

General Duties of Delivery Driver - Warehouse Team member are –

1. To be an active & safe part of the MBA Team operations warehouse and delivery duties
2. To prepare & assemble goods for delivery to customers in the warehouse and Take those orders to the customer.
3. To be organized and plan ahead with the team.
4. To be able to operate the necessary forklift and vehicles that are used daily - This is a hands on role
5. To load and unload stock and goods as and when necessary
6. To manage meet delivery requirements.
7. To work/drive safely 100% of the time, and not speed or break road laws
8. Being available to work in the warehouse environment whenever necessary or as directed by the General Manager, however priority is on supervision and management of warehouse team and their delivery duties
9. To meet & greet customers politely / professionally and fill orders JIT [Just in time] as required.
10. To generally learn and be multi skilled in most facets of the warehouse and despatch environment

a)     Drivers licence (manual)

b)     Forklift (Hazardous Work) Licence LR-MR or HR Drivers licence

c)     Good Physical Health and Ability - Fitness
