Catalogue and Content Manager

to join our team.

THE ROLE

This role combines the precision of managing our digital product catalogue with the creativity of producing content that engages and educates customers.

You'll be responsible for ensuring our product catalogue is accurate, consistent and optimised across our Shopify storefronts. This role opens the door to limitless possibilities, expanding into blog writing, shaping collection content, crafting educational emails, and leading creative projects that not only inspire our community but also drive meaningful growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Catalogue Management

  • Maintain product accuracy across pricing, attributes, imagery, and compliance.
  • Coordinate and deliver product launches across Shopify storefronts.
  • Audit categories and product listings for clarity, discoverability, and SEO.
  • Monitor catalogue health and performance
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve catalogue issues quickly.

Content Creation

  • Write and optimise engaging product descriptions that convert.
  • Develop content for collection pages to improve discovery and customer experience.
  • Support email campaigns in Klaviyo with educational and promotional copy.
  • Contribute to blogs and long-form content that builds trust and brand authority.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align content with wider campaigns.

ABOUT YOU

  • First and foremost - you
    love writing


- Strong copywriting and communication skills (essential)
- Highly organised and detail-focused
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo & PIM Systems (preferred)
- Familiar with SEO and product feed optimisation (a plus)
- Creative, proactive, and excited about blending catalogue precision with content creation
