About the Role
As the Service Catalogue Manager, you will be responsible for the development and ongoing management of the Self-Service Portal for our Client. All catalogue items listed in the Portal are to be accurate reflections of the Service and the processes for a user to consume the catalogue item are to be up to date and understood by all staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- On a day-to-day basis, you will be conducting ongoing maintenance of the Service Catalogue and Portal
- Ensuring that all catalogue items listed in the Service Catalogue are accurate reflections of the Service by conducting regular audits
- Ensuring that internal and external staff can access the catalogue to consume services
- All configuration and management activities on the Portal are managed in an appropriate manner
- Co-ordination between Service Catalogue Management and other processes, especially Service Asset and Configuration Management, and Release and Deployment Management
- Ensuring retired services are removed from the Service Catalogue at the appropriate time
- Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders

What you will bring
- Activate experience essential
- Experience working with the ITIL v3 Service Catalogue Management process
- HTML and content management experience
- Previous experience with managing a large corporate Service Catalogue
- Understanding of Database structure and functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including stakeholder engagement
- Ability to prioritisation and time management
- Due to our customer requirements, you must have Australian Citizenship to be considered for this position
