Blink Property Group is growing – and we're on the hunt for a superstar Switchboard Receptionist to take full control of our national phone operations across QLD If you're confident, energetic, and have top-notch communication skills, we want to hear from you

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Handle all incoming calls on our busy national switchboard, ensuring they are efficiently transferred to the right team members OR that clear, detailed messages are passed on accurately. You won't need to solve the issue — just connect the dots and keep communication flowing
  • Deliver 10/10 customer service to clients, tenants, and internal teams
  • Provide administration support related to real estate operations
  • Be the first impression of Blink Property – friendly, reliable, and professional

You'll Need:

  • A confident and clear phone manner – no exceptions
  • Experience operating a busy switchboard (this is a must)
  • Strong organisational skills and a can-do attitude
  • A passion for exceptional customer service
