**What this opportunity involves**:
We seek an experienced Receptionist to join our On-Site Leasing Office in Australia's most prominent 'Built to Rent' community, Smith Collective, based on the Gold Coast.

You will be the onsite representation of JLL and our client site. You’ll bring your front of house whizz with exceptional personal presentation, and your natural flair for customer service will create a welcoming yet professional image for front of house duties.

This is a role with a difference - not just about being a receptionist; this role is about people

**Responsibilities include**:
Ensure prompt operation of the reception area and switchboard/phones.
Coordinate and assist in the booking of property inspections across the site.
Respond to potential tenant enquiries and move-ins and move-outs.
Provide general office and leasing support to the team.
Ensure that all stationary orders and supplies are maintained.
Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required.

**Position Pre-Requisites**:
Experienced receptionist or administration within the corporate environment.
Take a proactive approach to your daily workload.
Exceptional personal presentation and communication.
Ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage various workloads at different stages.
Demonstrate a high level of customer service and integrity, especially in handling enquiries, issues and complaints.

This is a rostered position working Mon-Fri, with 9 am - 5 pm working hours. Every sixth week we work a Saturday and have an extra day off the following week.
