About the role

This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled Blinds and Window Furnishing Installer to join the team at On Time Blinds Port Macquarie. You will be responsible for the professional installation of a variety of blinds, curtains, and other window furnishings for residential and commercial customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Installation of blinds, curtains, shutters, and other window furnishings at residential and commercial sites
  2. Providing excellent customer service and representing our business with professionalism
  3. Working independently and as part of a small team
  4. Ensuring all installations are completed with care, accuracy, and attention to detail
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high standard of workmanship
  6. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide recommendations
  7. Maintain a clean and tidy work vehicle, and safely operate all tools and equipment
  8. Collaborate with the sales and administration team to ensure a seamless installation process

What we're looking for

  1. Some experience in blinds/window furnishings installation is advantages — OR — in a similar hands-on trade, retail, or customer service role (but if you're new and willing to learn, training will be provided) Strong knowledge of various blind and window furnishing products, including their installation requirements
  2. A genuine interest in learning about blinds, shutters, and other window furnishings — how they work, how to install them, and how to get the best result for the customer
  3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently and professionally
  4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work neatly and accurately
  5. A valid driver's licence (company vehicle with tools provided for work use)
  6. Enthusiasm, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
