The Learning and Development Specialist plays a key role in supporting the learning and development needs of our Client's global workforce throughout every stage of the employee lifecycle.

What will you be doing in this position?

Typically, you'll be (for example):

  • Developing & facilitating learning events in consultation with stakeholders, subject matter experts (internally & externally) & senior leaders;
  • Curating & maintaining LMS content including developing new online modules;
  • Delivering timely & accurate communications related to programs, action & progress; &
  • Supporting the L&D Manager with ad-hoc projects.

Is this you?

As a minimum, you'll have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Learning & Organisational Development, Leadership & Learning Design;
  • At lease 3 yrs' experience in designing, delivering, & evaluating learning & development initiatives;
  • A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
  • Experience with LMS platforms, training compliance & competency-based frameworks;
  • Knowledge of adult learning, leadership development & instructional design;
  • Planning and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects;
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal);
  • Internal consulting, coaching & facilitation skills; &
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft 365 (particularly in Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
