Exciting Retail / Customer Loyalty Project
As a Project Manager joining the team in a large Customer Value Management Program of work you'll be embedded within a high-profile retail client and play a key role in driving the execution of critical transformation programs. Your work will be pivotal in shaping customer-centric, data-driven change across the organisation.
This is a hands-on, outcomes-focused role that requires a strategic mindset, stakeholder finesse, and strong project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of multi-disciplinary transformation projects aligned to the client's customer strategy.
- Use project management tools and frameworks to ensure delivery milestones are met with agility and quality.
- Track, measure, and report progress, proactively removing roadblocks to keep programs on course
- Support the Executive Advisor in delivering high-impact initiatives on behalf of the GM Customer.
- Drive continuous alignment between business goals, change initiatives, customer loyalty and omni-channel personalisation programs.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement, fostering collaboration and buy-in at all levels.
What You Bring
- 3+ years' experience in a Project Management role in a dynamic, high-stakes environment working with large cross functional teams
- Highly competent in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, Asana), and comfortable working in Excel, PowerPoint, and other business insight tools.
- Exposure to working within Transformation or Program Offices, ideally in Retail or Consumer-focused sectors.
- Exposure to technology-driven projects in CRM and marketing automation (but not IT focused projects)
- Strong understanding of customer value or loyalty-led programs is ideal
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to senior stakeholders.
- A hands-on operator who is also comfortable shaping strategic direction.
- Proactive, independent, and always looking to add value beyond your brief.
