The Role:
We're looking for a CRM & Loyalty Specialist to lead customer engagement across Skechers and Dr. Martens. In this hands-on role, you'll plan and deliver omni-channel campaigns that connect the right message with the right customer — driving retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
Working across email, SMS, app, and more, you'll own the customer journey from onboarding to re-engagement. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce and working closely with brand, creative, ecommerce, and digital performance teams, you'll turn insights into action and help shape a premium customer experience.
This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves digging into data, and enjoys bringing structure and strategy to campaign execution.
Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Plan, build, and execute lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, web, and other direct-to-customer channels Use customer data and behaviour insights to drive segmentation, targeting, and personalisation Optimise journeys across key touchpoints — from welcome series to winback and post-purchase Manage campaign calendars in alignment with trade, brand, and promotional priorities Partner with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate messaging and content Leverage platforms such as ACC, Klaviyo, Amperity or Salesforce to build automated journeys Monitor and report on performance using key CRM metrics — engagement, conversion, retention, and CLV Test and learn continuously — from subject lines to send times and segmentation logic Collaborate with ecommerce and digital teams to align CRM activity with broader business goals Stay across compliance requirements including SPAM, privacy, and deliverability best practices
What we are looking for:
Passion for digital performance marketing, customer behaviour, and driving results 3–5+ years' experience in CRM or lifecycle roles, ideally in ecommerce or retail Proven experience using CRM and automation platforms (Bloomreach, ACC, Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc.) Strong campaign planning and project management skills — across multiple brands or stakeholders Previous experience with platform onboarding and change management an advantage Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and actions Clear communicator with experience working cross-functionally in dynamic environments Obsession for customer experience, personalisation, and continuous improvement Knowledge of deliverability, privacy compliance, and CRM best practices Live our values of driving a 'Make It Happen' culture
You'll be joining a high-performing team with the most successful loyalty program within the Accent Group – be a part of iconic global brands, strong cross-functional support, and access to leading CRM platforms. If you're looking to make an impact and elevate the customer journey, this is your opportunity to do it.
