An exciting opportunity exists for a highly experienced RTO Manager to join a new RTO start-up in Rockdale, NSW. The proposed RTO is currently applying for registration with ASQA and will operate with a limited scope in Business Services, enrolling low student numbers initially.

The RTO Manager role (subject to ASQA approval) will commence mid-2026 and will be responsible for overseeing all operational and academic matters, with support from an Administration/Student Support Manager.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an RTO Manager or equivalent leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Standards for RTOs and ASQA compliance.
  • Ability to establish and manage compliant systems and processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

This is a rare chance to play a pivotal role in shaping and leading a new, compliant RTO from the ground up.
