**Strata Manager**

Long established & busy strata management office in Rockdale. We require experienced Strata Manager to join our friendly team. The position would entail management of your own portfolio of Strata & Community Residential & Commercial buildings.

**Strata Manager Main Role**:
Manage a tailored portfolio of schemes to match your experience
- Prompt follow up & resolution of inquiries
- Liaising with Owners Corporation
- Problem solving & dispute resolution
- Prepare & chair meetings when required
- Budgeting

**Strata Manager Requirements**:
Previous experience as a Strata Manager or Strata Assistant, hold min registration
- Strong people skills: Maintaining strong relationships
- Be responsible, adaptable and can work autonomously in a team
- Time management, efficient response, task prioritization
- Good communication skills, can proper express accurately, verbally & written, team player
- Strata assistant wanting the next step considered
